Alice assists with the complex management of large scale orders and helps develop efficient systems for improving production. With a keen eye for detail, she oversees the quality of embroidery before it is sent to clients.
Often the ongoing point of contact for many of our trade clients, Alice works closely with Production Director Jessica Pile to ensure orders are delivered to the highest quality, on schedule and with the minimum of fuss.
Unafraid to get stuck in, Alice is also instrumental in the organisation of Hand & Lock’s events. From sourcing flowers to facilitating couriers she applies her organisational skills to help with the smooth running of our many functions.
