When embroidery isn’t suitable Hand & Lock offer foil embossing. Embossing is an ideal way of customising an item for yourself or as a gift. We can add your choice of letters to paper, plastic and leather making any item truly special. Choose from tradition colours such as gold, silver and copper or go wild with hot red, fuschia pink, sea-green or holographic.
Typical items suitable for embossing include leather effect notebooks, luggage tags, passport wallets, card holders, key-rings, leather rucksacks and wash bags.

Wherever possible, call the studio ahead of time to make sure your item is suitable for embossing. Once you bring the item to us, our expertly trained staff will go through colour and placement options with you until you are satisfied.
All work is completed in our central London Studio just five minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Clients are welcome to visit the studio without an appointment.
